道达投资手记（090423）IPO重启传闻不足为惧
昨天的大跌证明我低估了空头的威力，但是造成这种局面的，恰恰是我提到的两个市场变量之一：昨日下午市场传闻新股IPO办法5月初出台，光大证券将首发上市，这一传闻引发了市场的恐慌性抛售。
对于新股重启的问题，不管是真是假，我上周已经讨论过应对方案了，对于这一消息的处理策略没有什么改变，依然是逢低吸纳为主，新股IPO即使重启，也不会是立刻终结大盘反弹的因素，如果超级大盘新股连续发行，这时候才需要特别留意市场的供求状况，以避开可能的中级顶部。
不过话虽这样说，但身处市场之中，面对这种忽上忽下的宽幅震荡走势，要完全保持坐怀不乱难度极大。股市老手尚且困难，更不要说股市新手，估计这几天已经把新股民搞懵了，而我想起前段时间一个私募高手有些很实在的观点，他认为今年行情操作的要点就是“敢买也要敢卖”，说得更透彻点，就是跌下来敢买，涨起来敢卖，这很符合震荡市的特征，关键是要严格执行，只要市场流动性不收缩，就不要提前为震荡上扬行情判“死刑”。
上周末我认为指数很可能回抽年线，而昨日沪指最低点距离年线只有11点的微小差距了，而今日的交易就变得十分关键，沪市年线已运行到了2438点，5周均线运行到了2440点，股指很可能顺势低开，但是作为回抽走势，是不能有效跌破这一区域的，否则就会变成一次中小级别的调整走势了，此前在去年12月和今年2月都出现过类似的调整。虽然这种调整不是反弹大顶，未来还能重返前期高点，但是调整的周期和幅度都会让多头感觉难受，所以我还是不会盲动，准备观察一下，确认是正常的回抽还是更大级别的调整。
需要指出的是，如果仅仅是一次回抽，大盘的单日快速洗盘可能在昨日就已基本到位，多头将在今日重新组织反击。
