张道达投资手记（100115）：老法师看盘 创新取代复苏(1月15日)
1月14日,沪指反弹1.35%,然而本周以来的大盘却并无所作为,震荡回落是主旋律,但这并不妨碍个股表现的激情,“有为青年”们层出不穷,而从涨停板上的机构席位可频频发现机构的身影,也再度印证了我此前关于“机构赛马在局部展开”的观点。
市场形成这样的格局,我的理解是,一方面来说,权重股如银行、地产受到调控影响,机构不敢轻举妄动,而煤炭石油又受国际大宗商品波动影响,近期国际原油,有色期货价格持续下调,机构们也只得亦步亦趋。而另一方面,新年以来,海南国际岛,3G、三网融合等区域或行业新政陆续出台或推进却显示出,尽管调控在深入,但管理层在教育“坏孩子”(受调控行业)的时候,也在给“好孩子”(受政策支持行业)发糖吃。而市场上相关个股也是一路飘红,尤其是泛科技类股票。如果说去年的最大主题是“复苏”,那么今年的最大主题应该就是“创新”了,各种各样的科技股会轮番表现,贯穿整个一季度。
不过,在参与此类股的时候,也需要把握好节奏,毕竟罗马不是一天就建成的,而股票也是呈现波浪式前进的,尤其在目前大盘股处于不作为,指数波动频率加快之时,都可能导致获利盘渐大的科技股出现“强力回档”,而还未及时上车的投资者,完全可以趁这些强势股的补跌从容进场。而昨日A股收盘后,H股出现连续跳水,想必今日的指标股又要承受压力,市场随时会出现像样的进场时机。

There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game.
