张道达投资手记（100306）：老法师看盘 方向不明多看少动(3月6日)
本周，延续了两周的反弹砰然回落，大盘呈冲高回落的态势，全周下跌0.68%。周四，一根穿头破脚的大阴线也给沉迷于反弹“春梦”中的投资者猛烈一击。昨日(3月5日)大跌后，一丝微弱的反弹再度给后市蒙上一层迷雾。那么，前日大跌是多头“真摔”还是“假摔”呢？后市将何去何从？对此，《每日经济新闻》(以下简称NBD)记者对道达进行了专访，让我们来听听道达的精彩观点吧。
市场信号不明
NBD：上周末你就指出本周冲高回落的概率大。
道达：是的，我在上周的预言均被市场验证，一是大盘冲击了3100点；二是冲到这个位置出现大幅回落；三是在重要会议来临时，资金打了提前量，时间一到就提前撤退，导致市场波动加剧。大跌的原因，也就是我上周末提到的分析，在此不再赘述；虽然导致大跌的导火索是传闻，但本质上却是市场内在的反弹动力不足。
NBD：昨日反弹依然疲软，能够确定反弹就此结束了吗？
道达：若从去年下半年的走势看，接下来市场继续回落的概率是很大的；但是，我又认为，历史不可能简单地重复，还要结合当前的诸多因素来分析。
我前日曾指出，以大跌后大盘的走势来判断后市。还真是哪壶不开提哪壶，大盘居然走出了我提到的3种走势中最令人难以判断的走势，即守住了5周均线，但仅是弱反弹，市场给出了后市并不明朗的信号。
鉴于此，我就换个角度来分析。我认为，2008年的大跌和2009年的大涨都是非常规的走势，伴随经济步入正轨，大盘走势也将进入比较平稳的运行格局中，即出现单边下跌和单边大涨的概率都不大。因此，即使后市再度下探，大盘再度跌破去年9月调整低点的可能性不大。
而假使大盘向上，向上的空间又有多大呢？我发现，去年上半年那一波牛市行情运行时间为9个月或者说36周。而见顶后至今的调整时间也有7个多月，从时间的角度来看，调整的时间也快达到调整的底限，因此未来也不排除大盘结束调整，掀起新升浪的可能。保守点来看，即使顶部在去年高点，也还是有数百点的空间。
当然，我只是从较大的角度讨论市场，而落实到下周，如果沪指击破5周线，也宜减仓；如果继续震荡走高，则可以静制动，走一步看一步，等市场发出明确的买卖信号，再决定操作和仓位。
“两会”释放的政策意图
NBD：昨日，高层在“两会”上作出诸多重要论述，你有何领悟？
道达：我仔细听完了高层的讲话，领悟也很多，可以说其中蕴藏很多机会，大家可从中挖掘，相信各路资金也正在仔细研究，择机动手。在此，我只重点说一下我的几点领悟。《政府工作报告》提出今年国内生产总值增长8%左右，居民消费价格涨幅3%左右的目标。我认为，这给出一些比较明确的信号，假使经济增幅达不到8%，则进一步的刺激政策还可能出台，对市场形成利好；而如果增长过快，那么经济结构性调整的力度反而可能加大。而3%的CPI，也可视为加息的标尺，如果CPI接近或达到这一数值，就要警防加息，反之，加息可能性就还不大，可密切关注。
NBD：下周操作上有何建议？
道达：大家都知道我是比较谨慎的，在方向不明的情况下，我总体的建议是多看少动，即使参与，也是轻仓参与。具体品种上，年报高峰期，高送转股自然是不败的主题，昨日上海本地股有突出表现，距离世博会越近，相关个股应还有反复炒作的机会。此外，深圳城改项目获批，加之地产股调整已久，估计也有望被激活，可适当关注。
